Recipe Ingredients for Light Baked Ziti

2 oz Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Penne Rigate Pasta
1 cup Frozen Cut Leaf Spinach
1/4 cup Ricotta, Part Skim Milk Cheese
1/2 cup Spaghetti Sauce with Green Pepper and Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Light Baked Ziti

Reserve 1/4 cup of spaghetti sauce for after baking. Cook pasta al dente and drain. Toss pasta, sauce, spinach and ricotta together. Turn into oven proof casserole and bake at 350" for 20 minutes. Cover with reserved sauce and enjoy
