Recipe Ingredients for light almond chicken w/ rice

1.25 cup 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1.25 cup 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
55 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
16 tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream
2.4 oz Chesse Product Shreds
2 oz Sliced Almonds
2 cup dry Brown Rice

Recipe Directions for light almond chicken w/ rice

pre heat oven to 375, in large casserole dish place 10 (5.5) ounce chicken breast, then in medium mixing bowl add 1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup and 1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup and 1 cup fat free sour cream with 1 cup fat free shredded cheese mix all together then cover chicken. add 1/4 cup sliced almonds over chicken and gravy bake for 1 hour. cook 4 cups of brown rice as directed on box. add together and enjoy!
