Light Alfredo Recipe

Delicious creamy, cheesy goodness. Better than any restaurant Alfredo I've had.

Recipe Ingredients for Light Alfredo

3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp light olive oil
2 tbs butter
1 1/2 cups 2% milk
2 tbs flour
1/4 cup milk
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp minced parsley

Recipe Directions for Light Alfredo

  1. Saute garlic (minced) olive oil and butter in a sauce pan. Add 1.5 cups milk. Heat.

  2. Blend 2 tbsp flour with 1/4 cups milk. Stir into milk mixture, cook until hot and bubbly.

  3. Stir in 1 cup Parmesan cheese. Cook and stir on low heat until melted. Add 2 tbsp minced parsley.

  4. Serve over pasta with more parsley over the top.
