Recipe Ingredients for Life as a Plate Grain-Free Gluten-Free Sandwich Bread

12 tablespoons coconut flour
1/4 c. flax meal
2 tbsp arrowroot flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1/8 c. sesame seeds
7 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. melted butter
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp sesame seeds

Recipe Directions for Life as a Plate Grain-Free Gluten-Free Sandwich Bread

  1. Combine dry ingredients (except the 1 tbsp extra sesame seeds).

  2. Combine beaten eggs, and sour cream and beat into dry mixture. Add melted butter.

  3. Pour into 95 loaf pan, sprinkle with the extra sesame seeds

  4. Bake at 325 for 40-50 minutes.
