Recipe Ingredients for LGC - PAN

1 cup Enriched Unbleached White Flour
1 cup Buckwheat Flour
2 tbsp Molasses
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 oz Yeast
1 large Egg, Whole
1/4 cup Butter
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Recipe Directions for LGC - PAN

  1. Iniciar con 1.4 onza (1 sobre) de levadura activa seca en una taza de agua tibia. Dejar reposar por10 minutos.

  2. Mezclar todos los ingredientes (incluyendo la levadura) con una paleta. Esta masa es más suave que la de pan blanco normal y no se puede amasar. Dejar reposar por media hora.

  3. Volver a mezclar por unos tres minutos y colocar en un molde para pan. Esparcir las semillas de ajonjolí y hornear a 350 grados por 25 o 30 minutos.
