Recipe Ingredients for Lex's Shepards Pie

1/4 cup tvp
1 small onion
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 small carrot
1/2 zuchinni
1/2 cup canned tomatoes
5 mushrooms
1 cup spinach
1 cup cauliflower
1 tbl soy milk
1 tbl soy sauce
1/2 leek
1 tbl kidney beans
1 tsp garlic
1 tbl balsamic vinegar

Recipe Directions for Lex's Shepards Pie

  1. Boil cauliflower

  2. Saute onion and garlic

  3. Add pepper and zuchinni

  4. Add soy sauce vinegar and mushies

  5. Add tomatoes, kidney beans and spinach

  6. simmer for 5 mins

  7. When cauliflower cooked mash with soy milk add salt and pepper to taste

  8. Layer veg mix into casserole dish

  9. Top with cauli-mash

  10. Sprinkle with paprika

  11. Bake in oven 200 for 20mins
