Recipe Ingredients for Lex's Low Carb Almost Fat Free Fries

1 cup swede (sliced into fingers or wedges)
1 salt
1/2 tbsp cajun seasoning
1 tsp olive oil (or pam spray)

Recipe Directions for Lex's Low Carb Almost Fat Free Fries

  1. Peel and slice swede into fries. Place in a bowl.

  2. Add olive oil and toss until swede fries are coated well.

  3. Add salt and cajun seasoning and toss well.

  4. Place on a baking sheet allowing fries to be on a single layer.

  5. Bake at 200 C degrees for 20 minutes or until tender.

  6. Toss once after 10 minutes of baking.

  7. Fries should be golden brown around the edges.
