2 tbs. olive oil
1 c. all purpose flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
2 tbs. minced garlic
1/2 tbs. honey
1 tsp. yeast
1/2 c. pizza sauce
4 c. Mozzarella cheese
3/4 c. mushrooms, stems and pieces
1 1/2 oz artichokes, canned
1/2 c. banana peppers, canned
3/4 c. spinach, cooked
3/4 c. sliced black olives
1/2 c. broccoli, cooked
1/2 c. onions, cooked

Recipe Directions for Lew & Robin's Veggie Pizza

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in the pan of a bread machine according to your bread machine's instructions (most call for putting all the liquid ingredients in first, then all the dry ingredients, and sprinkling the yeast on top of the dry ingredients).

  2. Set the bread machine to the "pizza dough" setting or the "dough" setting.

  3. Most machines put the dough through a kneading and rising cycle, and will signal when the rise is complete. Dough is then ready to use for the pizza.

  4. Top or with the pizza sauce, then 2 cups, cheese, cooked ingredients, then the balance of the cheese and bake in an oven at 450˚F until dough is golden.
