Based on my mum's recipe but using what I had in the kitchen.

Recipe Ingredients for Lettuce Wraps

1 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
0.5 cup White Basmati Rice
1 head (5" dia) Lettuce, Butterhead
1.5 serving Chili Garlic Sauce
0.25 medium Yellow Hothouse Bell Pepper
2 serving Regular Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Lettuce Wraps

  1. Cook and shred chicken.

  2. Mince bell pepper.

  3. Mix everything together except lettuce in a skillet until thoroughly heated.

  4. Serve with lettuce and allow each person to prepare their own!
