Recipe Ingredients for Lettuce Wrap Fajita

12 oz chicken breast
1 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cups bell peppers
1 cup onions
12 lettuce leaves

Recipe Directions for Lettuce Wrap Fajita

  1. marinate chicken in Fajita seasoning with oil for 15 minutes or more. Cook chicken in skillet. Chop Bell Peppers and Onions, cook in skillet.

  2. Get lettuce leaves ready use largest iceberg or boston lettuce. add 1 oz chicken then cover with peppers and onions.

  3. If you add cheese or sour cream it will increase calorie count.

  4. Roll lettuce leaf around and secure with toothpick. Great as appetizers.
