1 portabella mushroom
1/4 onion
4 cups romaine lettuce
1/2 cup chopped potato
1 cup green enchilada sauce
1 oz tortilla chips

Recipe Directions for Lettuce tacos

  1. mix and heat in frying pan (add a little water when onions are finished sautéing)

  2. glop on romaine lettuce leaves and add chili sauce
