Recipe Ingredients for Lettuce rollups

1.5 oz Boneless Turkey Breast
1 serving kiri
2 leaves Romaine Lettuce
0.5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.25 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
2 large Egg, White

Recipe Directions for Lettuce rollups

  1. Hard boil eggs.

  2. Cook boneless skinless turkey cutlets and spices in a pan with non stick spray adding water as needed.

  3. Once eggs and turkey have time to cool, chop egg whites and turkey.

  4. Take two large lettuce leaves and spread Kiri light cheese on.

  5. Put chopped egg, turkey, sliced red pepper and sliced cucumber on the lettuce leaf and roll up like a tortilla.
