A Moroccan version of this calls for argan instead of walnut oil. You can also add a little red onion or radishes.

Recipe Ingredients for Lettuce and Orange Salad

1 head Bibb lettuce, cut into ribbons
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp orange blossom water
2 tbsp walnut oil
2 oranges, peeled and sliced

Recipe Directions for Lettuce and Orange Salad

Dress the lettuce with a mixture of orange and lemon juice, 1/2 tbsp orange-blossom water, 2 tbsp walnut oil, and a pinch of salt. Scatter salda in a wide serving dish. Lay orange slices on top. Drizzle with a little more walnut oil.
