Recipe Ingredients for Lettuce & Blue Cheese salad

200 g lettuce, chopped
40 g blue cheese, diced
3 tsp mustard
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
15 g onion, roughly chopped

Recipe Directions for Lettuce & Blue Cheese salad

  1. Toss lettuce, blue cheese & onion in a bowl.

  2. Mix mustard, vinegar and olive oil well, then pour dressing over salad.

  3. Refrigerate for about half an hour.
