Note try to cube the vegetables and meat to same size deseed the courgette

Recipe Ingredients for leszo-chicken

500 g zucchini
200 g capsicum
300 g chicken,without skin
200 g onion
1 salt
1 black pepper
100 g tomato paste
1 teaspoon sugar

Recipe Directions for leszo-chicken

  1. Fry the cube onion, cubed capsicum, cubed meat, later add a bit of water and allow to boil.

  2. The add the deseeded zucchini cubed to pan.

  3. Make sure you don't over boil the zucchini.

  4. Add salt, black pepper, green chili, tomato paste.

  5. At the end teaspoon of sugar.
