Recipe Ingredients for Leslie's Stuffed green peppers

16 oz honeysuckle white turkey, ground
1/3 cup barley, cooked
4 oz onion, chopped
4 green peppers
8 oz tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for Leslie's Stuffed green peppers

Mix first 3 ingredients and half of the tomato sauce together. Season with salt and pepper and Mrs Dash garlic/herb seasoning. Stuff into 4 green peppers that have had the tops cut off and insides have been cleaned out. put into a covered casserole, pour remaining sauce over the top and onto the bottom of the casserole. Bake covered at 350 for 1.5 hours.
