Not a big fan of Salmon. She said she loved it made this way.

Recipe Ingredients for Leslie's Salmon

4 oz Salmon, Atlantic, Wild
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Leslie's Salmon

  1. Pour lemon juice on filet and spread to coat. Pour Soy Sauce on and spread to coat. Place in baggie and marinate for 30 minutes in refridgerator.

  2. Broil on both sides until filet is flakey.
