Recipe Ingredients for Leprechaun Macaroons

200 grams Rice Flour, White
120 grams Oat Flour
60 grams Coconut Meat, Dried (Desiccated), Not Sweetened
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Ginger, Ground
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.25 serving Linseed
1 large Egg, Yolk
20 fl. oz almond milk alpro
3 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
0.67 tablespoon Seaweed, Spirulina, Dried
1 teaspoon Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for Leprechaun Macaroons

First cover linseed with water and leave for several hours until the liquid is gloopy. Mix the dry ingredients together. Blitz all remaining ingredients in a blender. Mix wet and dry ingredients. The mixture should be sticky not runny. Form into balls (approx 44) and flatten slightly with a fork onto non-stick baking trays. Bake for about 16 -20 minutes at 180 degrees.
