2 cup Lentils, Mature Seeds
8 fl oz Lite
5 cloves, raw Garlic
1 Medium Tomatoes
1 cup, sliced Onions
1 tsp Salt, Table
2 tbsp Coconut Oil, Refined, Organic

  1. cook lentils with water for 30 minutes

  2. Put the crushed garlic, onion and coconut oil in a pan and fry ...
