Indian spiced veggies with lentils and rice

Recipe Ingredients for Lentils rice and veggies

1 cup raw lentils
1 cup raw rice
2 large carrots
2 cups green beans
1 head cauliflower
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion

Recipe Directions for Lentils rice and veggies

  1. cook 1 cup rice, cook 1 cup lentils. I add vegetable flavoring cubes to both.

  2. cut up all vegetables, saute until semi-soft.

  3. add Indian spices and 2 cups water, cook most until water evaporates. serve over rice and lentils.
