Recipe Ingredients for Lentils

1/8 cup celery
1/8 cup carrot
1/8 cup onion
6 oz chicken broth
1 tsp red wine vinegar

Recipe Directions for Lentils

  1. lentils [120356] not found - add separately

  2. soak lentils in hot water for 15 minutes

  3. saute celery, onion and carrots in 2 tbsp of chicken broth

  4. add lentils and rest of chicken broth to celery, onion and carrots and cook until lentils are tender

  5. sprinkle with red wine vinegar and serve
