Recipe Ingredients for lentils

1 cup dried green lentils
1 tablespoon tomato paste
4 tablespoons diced onion
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup warm water

Recipe Directions for lentils

  1. boil the lentils until they are tender, and drain

  2. saute the onions add the tomato paste and the lentils

  3. add one cup warm water.

  4. cook until done. season to taste
