1 cup Lentils, Mature Seeds
1 cup, chopped Carrots
0.25 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Lentils for Lunch

Bring ingredients to a boil in a medium sauce pan. Cover and simmer 20-30 minutes or until most/all water is gone. Enjoy.
