Healthy dish, specially if you remove the skin from the chicken, and don't drop eggs inside.

Recipe Ingredients for Lentils w loads of greens, some chicken & egg

4 tbsp olive oil
660 g Chicken, Thigh, Meat Only
600 g Pepper
400 g Leek
5 cloves Garlic
450 g Tomato
1200 g Cabbage
225 g Beans
365 g Egg
500 g Lentils
2 tbsp Salt
4 tbsp Paprika
1/2 tbsp Saffron

Recipe Directions for Lentils w loads of greens, some chicken & egg

  1. Put two dashes of olive oil in a massive pot (4tbsp approx)

  2. When it starts getting hot, put the chicken inside, and fry in low temperature until it's golden outside. Take the skin out for extra healthy points ;)

  3. Put salt, paprika and saffron so the dish doesn't get boring. Black pepper would do it too.

  4. Add garlic and leek (onion can do it, too) and start peeling and chopping the peppers & beans.

  5. Boil the cabbage aside (I used a microwave boiler)

  6. When the mixture in the pot is stable (tender and almost ready to eat) slowly add boiling water, so it takes all the flavor and juices from the pot.

  7. Now it's the time to add the cabbage. When everything is boiling, add the lentils (green lentils, need 30mins cooking).

  8. Boil for 15 mins, then reduce heat and simmer until they are tender.

  9. For extra protein/fat goodness, drop 5 eggs into the pan, about 5 minutes before tuning off the fire.

  10. That's it! eat & enjoy!
