Recipe Ingredients for Lentils with greens and pork

2/3 cup lentils
3 cups low sodium chicken broth
1 onion, chopped
8 ounces collard greens
200 g cooked pork
1 tsp coriander, ground
1/2 tsp cumin, ground
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Recipe Directions for Lentils with greens and pork

  1. Cook collard greens for 5 minutes in broth

  2. Add lentils and pork, continue simmer

  3. Cook onion and spices in small frying pan and then add to pot
