Recipe Ingredients for Lentils and brown Rice

1 cup dry Natural Brown Rice
1 cup Lentils, Mature Seeds
4 cup Certified Organic Vegetable Broth
1 cup, chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for Lentils and brown Rice

  1. Saute onion and garlic.

  2. Add broth, bring to a boil

  3. Add rice, lentils and any seasonings, herbs, etc, you desire

  4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cover.

  5. Simmer until all water is absorbed and rice and lentils are tender.
