Recipe Ingredients for Lentile vegetable soup

1 cup dry lentils
1 onion
4 carrots
2 potatoes
3 stalks celery
1 bell pepper
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cups water
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Recipe Directions for Lentile vegetable soup

  1. Soak lentils overnight

  2. Rinse lentils, add water

  3. Chop vegetables and add

  4. Cook until tender

  5. Add other ingredients and stir

  6. You might want to add salt and pepper
