Recipe Ingredients for Lentil and Veggie Soup

1/2 cup lentils
1 onion
1 zucchini
8 stalks celery
1 bunch broccoli
2 cups canned tomatoes
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp black pepper
1 package+10+oz frozen spinach
1 apple

Recipe Directions for Lentil and Veggie Soup

Simmer all the ingredients along with whatever seasonings you want until lentils are cooked. Puree half or all and refrigerate leftovers.
