Recipe Ingredients for Lentil Veggie Soup

1 1/2 cup Lentils, Mature Seeds
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
130 grams Carrots
200 grams Celery
175 grams Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
85 grams Peppers, Sweet, Red
170 grams Savoy Cabbage
100 grams Mushrooms, Portabella
14 1/2 oz Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
4 tsp Vegetable Broth
8 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 tsp Cumin
1 tbsp Coriander Seed

Recipe Directions for Lentil Veggie Soup

  1. put lentils, water, spices & broth in 5 qt dutch oven

  2. chop and add veggies

  3. cook till lentils & veggies are soft
