Recipe Ingredients for Lentil Veggie Soup

5 cloves of garlic
1 large onion
5 carrots
2 tbs olive oil
9 cups chicken broth
3 cups lentils
540 ml stewed tomatoes
2 tbs balsamic vinegar
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp pepper
4 tbs basil

Recipe Directions for Lentil Veggie Soup

cook onion, garlic and carrots in the oil at the bottom of the pot. Once the onions are clear, add other ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
