Recipe Ingredients for lentil vegetable soup

2 cup Green Lentils
4 cup Organic Vegetable Broth
2 cup Soup, Chicken Broth Or Bouillon, Dehydrated, Dry
1 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup slices Carrots
1 medium Onions
1.5 cup, diced Celery
1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf

Recipe Directions for lentil vegetable soup

soak lentils overnight. drain, rinse. boil in water. add vegetable bouillon and chicken bouillon (enough for 6 C total of broth). add vegetables and whole bay leaf and let simmer until all ingredients are tender.
