Fresh vegetable, lentil and beefstock soup

Recipe Ingredients for Lentil & Vegetable Soup

1 cup Cauliflower
1/2 cup, chopped Broccoli
1/2 cup, chopped Carrots
87 grams Fennel, Bulb
2 stalk, small (5" long) Celery
1 cup Parsley
50 grams Mushrooms
1 serving Lentils, canned (Annalisa)
1 serving Continental stockpot beef
1/2 tsp Italian Herb Seasoning Grinder
1 dash Pepper, Black
6 cups water

Recipe Directions for Lentil & Vegetable Soup

  1. Bring all items, except lentils, to boil.

  2. Simmer until the vegetables are tender.

  3. Liquidise to required texture (to taste).

  4. Add lentils, and simmer for a few more minutes.

  5. (To reduce the sodium, exclude the stock)
