2 T safflower oil
450 g onions
220 g celery
382 g carrots
310 g zucchini
14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes
16 ounces extra lean ham
14 3/4 ounces turkey broth
1 T salt
1 T black pepper
13 c water

Recipe Directions for Lentil/Vegetable/Ham Soup - Jan08

chop veggies, sautee them in hot oil. When tender, add water and boil. Then add broth and simmer. Add lentils and bring to a boil. Cook on medium heat until thick. Add extra water as lentils thicken and stir a LOT.
