165 grams Yam
106 grams Celery
100 grams Broccoli
100 grams Mung Beans, Mature Seeds, Sprouted
150 grams Potatoes
100 grams Cabbage
6 serving McKay's Chicken (Vegan)
500 grams Lentils

Recipe Directions for Lentil Vege Stew

Chop veggies and put into large pot with 3cups boiling water add 3T chicken style seasoning bring to boil turn heat to low for five minutes add lentils and 3ups of water and 3T additional seasoning , bring to boil and turn to simmer for 20 min.
