Vegan burgers made from lentils. Uses gluten as a binder.

Recipe Ingredients for Lentil Vegan Burgers

1/2 cup Oats
1 cups Cooked Lentils
1 tablespoon Parsley, Dried
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
2 tsp Garlic Cloves
10 g Vital Wheat Gluten
1 tablespoons Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Lentil Vegan Burgers

Place oats in blender. Pulse until powder (may leave coarse for more texture). Mash lentils (no liquid). Add spices and mix well. Add gluten and oats. Mix and form into patties. Heat skillet add olive oil to skillet. Cook patties 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
