A nice lentil stew that is very low in fat and high in fiber. Season with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder and any other spices you enjoy!

Recipe Ingredients for Lentil Stew

1 cup Lentils, Mature Seeds
6 medium Carrots, Baby
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1 medium raw Onion Yellow
3 clove Garlic
14.5 oz Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Lentil Stew

  1. Dice carrots, bell pepper, onion, and garlic.

  2. Place all ingredients in slow cooker.

  3. Cook on high for 2.5 to 3 hours.
