Recipe Ingredients for Lentil Stew

8 oz Lentils
10 oz (Great Value) All Natural Crushed Tomatoes
4 clove Garlic
2 serving 100% Lemon Juice
1 serving Sea Salt
2 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Lentil Stew

  1. Heat oil over medium and add garlic. Cook until slightly brown.

  2. Add tomatoes and cook about 5 minutes until they become pasty.

  3. Add dry (picked over and pre-washed) lentils along with 2.5 cups of water and simmer for 30 minutes.

  4. Add lemon juice and salt and mix in.
