Simple crock pot stew, high in fiber, low in cost!

Recipe Ingredients for Lentil Stew

1 lb lentils, sorted and washed
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 stalks celery, sliced
2 carrots, diced
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
8 c water
2 c diced ham

Recipe Directions for Lentil Stew

Put all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low 4-6 hours or on high 3-5 hours. Serve with rice or homemade noodles.
