Recipe Ingredients for Lentil Spinach Okra "Pasta"

1/4 c green lentils
6 c frozen spinach
275 g canned tomatoes
1/2 c sliced okra
40 g green bell pepper
20 g shiitake mushrooms
46 g onion

Recipe Directions for Lentil Spinach Okra "Pasta"

combine all ingredients. I added the water I had cooked beets in earlier that day. Add regular water as it cooks. I cooked the lentils separately (in the beet water).
