Recipe Ingredients for Lentil and Spinach Gratin

1 cup lentils, cooked
10 oz spinach, cooked
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Lentil and Spinach Gratin

  1. mix lentils, spinach, coriander and cumin in baking dish.

  2. sprinkle bread crumbs over top and drizzle olive oil over crumbs

  3. bake 15-20 minutes at 350
