Lentil Soup over Steamed White Rice

Recipe Ingredients for Lentil Soup & Steamed Rice

1 cup Lentils, Mature Seeds
1 medium Russet Potato
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 medium Onions
3 clove Garlic
1 cup, diced Celery
2 oz Polska Kielbasa Sausage Link
1 tsp Spices Ground Coriander
1 tsp Celery Seed
2 tsp Oregano, Ground
1 g Seasoning
2 tsp Pepper, Black
1 cup Tomatoes
1 serving Jasmine Rice

Recipe Directions for Lentil Soup & Steamed Rice

Saute all veggies, meat & spices in 1 tb canola oil for 5 minutes. Add lentils (1lb bag). Stir well. Add 6-8 cups of water. Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer and cook for 1 hour. Serve over steamed rice.
