1 cup lentils
1/2 pound sausage, turkey, breakfast links
1/2 onion, small
2 carrots
2 stalk celery
5 cup (Pacific Natural Foods) Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth
3 clove garlic
1 tbl olive oil

Recipe Directions for lentil soup, Sonoma

  1. mince onion

  2. slice carrots thin

  3. slice celery thin

  4. saute 2 minutes in oil

  5. mince garlic

  6. saute 1 minute

  7. add lentils, sausage, chicken broth, salt

  8. simmer 30 minutes
