Recipe Ingredients for Lentil soup

1000 grams Lentils, Mature Seeds
250 grams Carrots
250 grams Celery
1 large Onions
400 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
3 clove Garlic
1 1tsp Olive Oil
300 grams Spinach

Recipe Directions for Lentil soup

  1. Sauté the finely chopped garlic and onion until tender. Add the chopped up carrots and celery, a couple of leaves of laurel, and cumin if you have it.

  2. Add the tomato and the lentils (soaked overnight). Cover with water and cook until tender.

  3. Before turning off the stove, add the roughly chopped spinach leaves and cook until they wilt.
