Recipe Ingredients for Lentil Soup

8 oz Lentils
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
8 oz Carrots
1 cup, diced Celery
1 clove Garlic
6 tbsp chopped Onions
4 cup Light
1 cup Diced Tomatoes
2 cup, chopped Kale

Recipe Directions for Lentil Soup

Saute vegetables in olive oil. Add lentils, broth and tomatoes. Add spices such as thyme, sage and bay leaf. Salt and pepper to taste. Let simmer 30 minutes or until lentils are tender.
