Recipe Ingredients for Lentil Soup

2 cup Red Lentils
4 cup (8 fl oz) Water
4 cup Organic Vegetable Broth
1 cup, chopped Onions
3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
2 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
2 cloves, raw Garlic
14 oz Tomatoes Diced

Recipe Directions for Lentil Soup

Soak lentils 2 hours - overnight. Drain. Mix all ingredients together in a slow cooker. Cook on low 8-10 hours.
