Lentil soup with can of lentils and half of plum tomatoies

Recipe Ingredients for Lentil Soup

1 carrot
1/4 large onion
1/4 red pepper
1 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp Bouillon
1 pint water
125 g canned lentils
100 g canned tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Lentil Soup

  1. fry onion, carrot and pepper in tsp of olive oil

  2. add can of lentils (drained)

  3. add half can of plum tomatoes

  4. add a tsb or 2 of marigold

  5. simmer
