Lentil Soup Prepared in Pressure Cooker

Recipe Ingredients for Lentil Soup

8 oz dried lentils
8 oz sausage
1 cup carrots
1 cup celery
1 tablespoon garlic

Recipe Directions for Lentil Soup

Saute Garlic & Sausage out of links. Chop in blender and rinse to remove as much fat as possible. Chop Carrots and celery. Add all back to pressure cooker. Add bag of dried rinsed lentils. Add 6 cups spring water. Set on High in pressure cooker for 25 minutes.
