Just a hearty lentil soup full of smokey flavor from the bacon!

Recipe Ingredients for Lentil soup

2 cups of diced chicken breast
1 1/2 cups of celery
1 1/4 cup of uncooked lentils
2 cups of cabbage
2 cups of cauliflower
1 tbsp salt
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup of green peppers
12 cups of water
2 tbsp of fresh parsley
3 oz turkey bacon
5 oz bacon

Recipe Directions for Lentil soup

In a big pan in medium heat, put the onions, peppers, bacon and oil. Once onions turn crystal like, add water. Let the water boil, once boinling add the chicken and the rest of the vegetables and lentils. Once the lentils are cooked add the salt and pepper lert is rest for 5 mins and then add the parsley.
