Lentil soup with vegetables, made it for A. 1 serving = 2 c

Recipe Ingredients for Lentil soup

1 1/2 c lentils
1 med tomato
1 1/2 tbs olive oil
1/4 large onion
1 c zucchini
4 tsp Vegetable Base
6 c water

Recipe Directions for Lentil soup

Cook onion in oil, add zucchini, stir. Then add tomato then 3 cups of water and 1 tbs of veggie broth and 1.5 c lentils. Cook on low/med heat until water is mostly absorbed then add more water and 1 tsp veggie broth. Cook a bit more then cool and serve. Makes 3, 2 cups soup. Med thick soup not too thick but not watery.
