Recipe Ingredients for Lentil salad

1 cup lentils
2 tbs. red bell peppers
1 tbs. cilantro
2 tbs. lime juice
2 tsp. olive oil
5 kalamata olives

Recipe Directions for Lentil salad

  1. Take one pkg cooked lentils

  2. Dice 1/2 a bell pepper any color

  3. chop cilantro to taste

  4. add 2 tbs olive oil

  5. The juice of 2-3 limes

  6. chop 1/4 cup kalamata olives

  7. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
